Butterbeer JeloShots
Ingredients
Yield 64oz
- 2 Cup - Butterscotch Schnapps
- 6 Cup - Cream Soda
- 4 Tbsp - Sugar
- 4 Packet (1oz) - Unflavored Gelatin

Preparation
- In a bowl, add 2 cup of butterscotch schnapps and 4 Tbsp sugar.
- Sprinkle 4 packets (1oz) of unflavored gelatin on top. Let stand for 1-2 minutes.
- Add 6 cups of boiling cream soda to the bowl. Mix until combined.
- Fill 32 JeloShot Syringes. Chill for 1-2 hours or until firm.
- In a bowl, add 1/2 cup coconut rum, then sprinkle 0.25oz of unflavored gelatin on surface.
