Ingredients

6 - Lemons
1/2 Cup - Boiling Water
3/4 Cup - Vodka
1/2 Cup - Lemon Juice
10 Tbsp - Sugar
2 Packet (0.5oz) - Unflavored Gelatin

Preparation
Cut 6 lemons in half.
Use a small knife to carve out the lemon.
Use a spoon to scoop out the lemon and clean the rind.
Place the lemon halves in a muffin tin to prevent spilling.
In a bowl, add 1/2 cup of boiling water and 1/2 cup of boiling lemon juice.
Sprinkle 2 packets (0.5oz) of unflavored gelatin on top. Let stand for 1-2 minutes.
Add 3/4 cup of vodka to the bowl. Mix until combined.
Transfer mixture to a measuring cup or pitcher to help pour.
Fill lemon halves with mixture.
Chill in refrigerator for 1-2 hours or until firm.
Flip chilled lemon halves over, then cut in half to make wedges.
