Ingredients
Yield 24 Wedges
6 - Limes
1 Cup - Limeade
1 Cup - Tequila
2 Packet (0.5oz) - Unflavored Gelatin

Preparation
Cut 6 limes in half.
Use a small knife to carve out the lime.
Use a spoon to scoop out the lime and clean the rind.
Place lime halves in a muffin tin to prevent spilling.
In a bowl, add 1 cup of tequila.
Sprinkle 2 packets (0.5oz) of unflavored gelatin on top. Let stand for 1-2 minutes.
Add 1 cup of boiling limeade to bowl. Mix until combined.
Transfer mixture to measuring cup or pitcher to help pour.
Fill lime halves with mixture.
Let gelatin stand for 1-2 minutes.
Chill in refrigerator for 1-2 hours or until firm.
Flip chilled limes over, then cut in half to make wedges.
