Ingredients
Yield 24 Wedges
- 6 - Limes
- 1 Cup - Limeade
- 1 Cup - Tequila
- 2 Packet (0.5oz) - Unflavored Gelatin
- Coarse Salt

Preparation
- Cut 6 limes in half.
- Use a small knife to carve out the lime.
- Use a spoon to scoop out the lime and clean the rind.

Place lime halves in a muffin tin to prevent spilling.
- In a bowl, add 1 cup of tequila.
- Sprinkle 2 packets (0.5oz) of unflavored gelatin on top. Let stand for 1-2 minutes.
- Add 1 cup of boiling limeade to bowl. Mix until combined.
- Transfer mixture to measuring cup or pitcher to help pour.
- Fill lime halves with mixture.
- Let gelatin stand for 1-2 minutes.

Chill in refrigerator for 1-2 hours or until firm.
- Flip chilled limes over, then cut in half to make wedges.
- Enjoy!
