Place the white tip cap on all of the syringes, and temporarily remove the plungers – for filling in the step below.
For Red Layer:
In a bowl, add 1 cup of boiling water and 1 (3oz box) of your favorite red gelatin mix. Mix until dissolved.
Add 1/2 cup of cold water and 1/2 cup of your favorite liquor. Mix.
Using one fully assembled syringe, fill each JeloShots syringe 1/3 of the way – through the plunger-end of syringe.
Gently replace the plunger in the process, and place each syringe (nose down) into a large ziplock or freezer bag.
Once full of syringes (about 16 per bag), the bag will sit upright (JeloShots nose down) in the refrigerator.
Chill this single layer for 1-2 hours or until firm.
For White Layer:
In a bowl, add 1/2 cup coconut rum and sprinkle 0.25oz of unflavored gelatin on surface.
Let gelatin stand for 1-2 minutes. Add 1 cup of boiling water. Mix until dissolved.
Add 13oz coconut milk. Mix.
Again, using one fully assembled syringe, fill each JeloShots syringe up another 1/3 of the way – through the plunger-end of syringe (leaving 1/3 space for the final layer).
Gently replace the plunger in the process, and place each syringe (nose down) into the bag.
Once again, place the bag in the refrigerator (JeloShots nose down).
Chill this layer for 1-2 hours or until firm.
For Green Layer:
In a bowl, add 1 cup of boiling water and 1 (3oz box) of your favorite green gelatin mix. Mix until dissolved.
Add 1/2 cup of cold water and 1/2 cup of your favorite liquor. Mix.
Using one fully assembled JeloShots syringe, fill each JeloShots syringe up the final 1/3 until full.
Gently replace the plunger in the process, and place each syringe (nose down) into the bag.
Once again, place the bag in the refrigerator (JelsoShots nose down).
