Ingredients

8 - Lemons
1 Cup - Vodka
1 Cup - Pink Lemonade
2 Packet (0.5oz) - Unflavored Gelatin

Preparation
Cut 8 lemons in half.
Use a small knife to carve out the lemon.
Use a spoon to scoop out the lemon and clean the rind.
Place the lemon halves in a muffin tin to prevent spilling.
In a bowl, add 1 cup of boiling pink lemonade to a bowl.
Sprinkle 2 packets (0.5oz) of unflavored gelatin on top, and let stand for 1-2 minutes. Mix until dissolved.
Add 1 cup of vodka to the bowl. Mix.
Transfer mixture to a measuring cup or pitcher to help pour.
Fill lemon halves with mixture.
Chill in refrigerator for 1-2 hours or until firm.
Flip chilled lemon halves over, then cut in half to make wedges.
