Ingredients
Yield 15 Wedges
- 2.5 - Oranges
- 1 Cup - Orange Juice
- 1 Cup - Vodka
- 2 Packet (0.5oz) - Unflavored Gelatin

Preparation
- Cut 3 oranges in half.
- Use a small knife an carve out the orange.
- Use a spoon to scoop out the orange and clean the rind.

Place the orange halves in a muffin tin to prevent spilling.
- In a bowl, add 1 cup of vodka.
- Sprinkle 2 packets (0.5oz) of unflavored gelatin over the top. Let stand for 1-2 minutes.
- Add 1 cup of boiling orange juice to the bowl. Mix until combined.
- Transfer mixture to measuring cup or pitcher to help pour.
- Fill orange halves with mixture.

Chill in refrigerator for 1-2 hours or until firm.
- Flip chilled orange halves over, then cut in thirds to make wedges.
- Enjoy!
